I used to get a fruit explosion muffin almost every morning as it was convient and tasty.  
Well,  the explosion of fruit became less and I was just not happy.  I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a healthy alternative.

Ingredients

Spices

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2/3 cup one minute oats

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except the oats into a pot and bring to a boil.  
  • Turn off the heat, add in the oats, stir and let sit for two minutes
