Choy Sum Meets Sesame Seeds
While in Chinatown I found this Choy Sum and thought hum, never have had it before why not try it. I’m a huge fan of Bok Choy and so I went for it. It tasted it raw dot see what the flavour was like. So pairing it with something sweet would be the best option.

Cook Time 2 minutes
Total Time 4 minutes
- 1 tsp peanut oil
- 4 cups bok choy I used bolted choy sum, if you cannot find bolted bok choy will work
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Heat the oil until smokey.
Add in Bok Choy (Choy Som) and quickly fry. It takes no longer than 2 minutes
Toss in the sesame seeds and your ready to serve.
